The Raffaelli family didn’t open a restaurant in Gràcia to serve Italian food: we brought our kitchen from Lucca. Three generations of technique. Tuscan recipes passed through our family. The ragù simmers for six hours. The fresh pasta is kneaded before dawn. Every detail we learned growing up in Tuscany, we practice here in Barcelona.

We source buffalo mozzarella from Campania, San Daniele prosciutto from Friuli, Parmigiano-Reggiano aged 36 months. Not because brand names matter—because authentic Italian cooking demands ingredient provenance. Our artisanal pasta is kneaded each morning. The ragù Toscano simmers for six hours on a low heat.

Fresh ribbon pasta (hand-cut pappardelle) dressed in a slow-cooked venison ragù prepared with Tuscan wine, rosemary, and the technique of traditional Tuscan cooking. The result is Italian cuisine that tastes like autumn in the countryside.

Tordelli Lucchesi (our signature dish from Lucca) is available year-round—filled with pork, chard, parmesan, breadcrumb. The classic Tuscan pasta that’s rarely found outside Italy.

We also offer gluten-free pasta prepared with the same artisanal technique, so dietary requirements don’t mean compromising on authentic Italian flavour.
